I can't get what I deserve. I need to bribe for my rights. Even if it's legal, I need to bribe to get things done.
A government officer, is not moving the applications of NOC for applying passport to the higher official's approval because she herself was denied for some reason sometime ago. And the victims of that frustration? All fellow government employees that comes for NOC. The file is not moving beyond this officer. A revenge for the response she got. Is there somebody to question these kind of officers?
When a government promotion panel is in place, with the positions vacant, the Higher official is not issuing the promotion order yet. Why?
What kind of system is it? Where is this country heading to? Huh.......
